About Us

Ian Martin is a Flagstaff local born and raised, and has seen the rapid change that has occurred in town. He has also been an avid skier at Arizona Snowbowl since he was 7 years old and was a member of the Flagstaff Arizona Ski Team. Ian Graduated from both Flagstaff High School and Northern Arizona University.

His hobbies include Golfing, skiing, hiking, supporting NAU Athletics and rafting whenever he has time to get on a river trip. He has lived and worked in St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands and has also taught English (TEFL) in Prague, Czech Republic.

He has been a realtor/property manager for ten years. He is happy to call this town home and is looking forward to raising his family here in this incredible mountain town we call home.

Adam attended Northern Arizona University where he received a degree in Biology and Secondary Education. After teaching various science classes in Phoenix for a few years, Adam longed to return to Flagstaff.

Since returning, he successfully managed a local property restoration business for 7 years before taking the leap and starting his own small business. Adam has been the proud owner of Property Magic, Inc. and Carpet Magic for 8+ years. As a licensed contractor, he and his crew have offered handyman, remodeling and cleaning services throughout Flagstaff. This varied background in construction, restoration, and customer service will help him contribute to Flagstaff Property Management as one of the new owners.

When he finds time to get away from work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors looking for adventures with his family and dogs.

Kendyl moved to Flagstaff from the valley in 2015 to pursue a Business Management degree at Northern Arizona University.

She chose to make this town her permanent home after graduating in 2019. Beginning a career in real estate with Flagstaff Property Management, Kendyl quickly developed a passion for the industry.

Now, as a licensed Realtor, Kendyl works closely with both property owners and tenants to provide exceptional property management services while also guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Jacqui was born and raised in California and has come to Flagstaff to pursue her bachelor's degree in business marketing at Northern Arizona University.

Jacqui loves to spend free time snowboarding, hiking, and doing anything that involves being outdoors. Jacqui is in the process of obtaining her Arizona real estate license and advancing her career in real estate. Jacqui is very passionate about helping others and enjoys putting a smile on clients' faces.

Jacqui strides on giving her best in all encounters and goes above and beyond in all life situations. Jacqui is quick to help customers in all business aspects and is also self-disciplined with her school studies and making sure she succeeds in all future goals.

Originally from San Diego, Kendahl Brooke Youngs moved to Flagstaff in 2023 to pursue her degree in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations at Northern Arizona University. She became an Arizona Real Estate Agent and Realtor® just before her junior year and plans to continue her education through NAU's MBA program after graduation.

With a background in styling, marketing, and public relations, Brooke brings creativity, communication, and connection to her work in property management and real estate. She's dedicated to helping owners and tenants feel cared for and confident throughout the entire process. For Brooke, real estate is about more than property—it's about creating meaningful experiences and lasting connections.

Flagstaff has quickly become home for Brooke, her boyfriend, and their two dogs. Outside of work, you'll usually find her walking the dogs in the woods, hosting dinner nights with friends, soaking up the Arizona sun, or exploring town. She loves being part of the community and looks forward to building both her career and future here.
