About Us

Born and raised in Flagstaff, Ian has had a front-row seat to the growth and change of the community he has always called home. A graduate of both Flagstaff High School and Northern Arizona University, his deep knowledge of the area and its real estate market has shaped his approach to property management and client relationships throughout his career.

As the Designated Broker and owner of Flagstaff Property Management, Ian brings more than a decade of experience in real estate and property management. He works closely with property owners, investors, tenants, and the FPM team, combining his local expertise with a practical understanding of the Flagstaff rental and real estate markets. He values long-term relationships, straightforward communication, and providing owners with experienced, dependable management of their investments.

Outside of real estate, Ian has been an avid skier at Arizona Snowbowl since he was seven and was a member of the Flagstaff Alpine Ski Team. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, rafting, and supporting NAU Athletics. His adventures have taken him beyond Flagstaff as well, including living and working in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and teaching English in Prague, Czech Republic.

Despite his travels, Flagstaff has always been home. Ian is proud to be part of the community and to continue building a business rooted in the town that shaped him.

Adam attended Northern Arizona University, where he earned degrees in Biology and Secondary Education. After spending several years teaching science in Phoenix, he found his way back to Flagstaff and began building a career in property restoration, construction, and maintenance.

Before joining Flagstaff Property Management as an owner and Director of Maintenance, Adam spent seven years managing a local property restoration business and later became the owner of Property Magic, Inc. and Carpet Magic. As a licensed contractor, his extensive background in construction, remodeling, restoration, and property maintenance gives him a hands-on perspective when it comes to caring for the homes and properties FPM manages.

At Flagstaff Property Management, Adam oversees maintenance operations and works closely with owners, tenants, and the maintenance team to keep projects moving and properties well cared for. His experience in both property services and customer service allows him to approach each situation with practical solutions and a strong understanding of what properties need.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys getting outdoors, spending time with his family and dogs, and finding new adventures around Northern Arizona.

After graduation, she decided to make Flagstaff home and has now been part of the community for more than a decade. She began her real estate career with Flagstaff Property Management, where she quickly found a passion for helping people navigate both property management and real estate.

As a licensed REALTOR®, Kendyl works closely with property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Whether she's helping an owner manage their investment, assisting tenants throughout their rental experience, or guiding clients through buying or selling a home, she brings a thoughtful, dependable approach to every interaction. She values clear communication, strong relationships, and making the process feel as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, Kendyl enjoys reading with her book club, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and getting outside for afternoon walks on Flagstaff's trails. She loves exploring Northern Arizona with her husband and spending time with family and friends.

Originally from California, Jacqui moved to Flagstaff to pursue her bachelor's degree in Marketing at Northern Arizona University. Since joining Flagstaff Property Management, she has continued to build her experience in the real estate industry while working toward obtaining her Arizona real estate license.

Jacqui brings a friendly, dependable, and people-focused approach to her work. She enjoys helping tenants, prospective renters, and clients navigate their questions and needs while making sure they feel welcomed and supported along the way. Whether she's assisting customers, keeping things organized around the office, or balancing work with school, Jacqui is always willing to step in and help wherever needed.

Outside of work and school, Jacqui loves spending time outdoors, especially snowboarding and hiking around Northern Arizona. She's passionate about helping others, continuing to grow professionally, and building a career in real estate.

Originally from San Diego, Kendahl “Brooke” Youngs moved to Flagstaff in 2023 to pursue her degree in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations at Northern Arizona University. She became a Licensed REALTOR® before her junior year and plans to continue her education by pursuing an MBA after graduation.

With a background in marketing, public relations, leasing, and real estate, Brooke brings a creative and people-focused approach to her role as Director of Marketing. From connecting prospective tenants with their next home to marketing properties and supporting owners, she enjoys finding new ways to make the real estate and rental experience more approachable, efficient, and engaging.

Outside of work and school, Brooke enjoys exploring Flagstaff with her two dogs, hosting dinner nights with friends, spending time outdoors, and finding any excuse to get back to the San Diego coast. She loves staying involved in the Flagstaff community and is always looking for new opportunities to grow, connect, and put her marketing skills to work.

Originally from the Valley, Spencer relocated to Flagstaff in 2025 after gaining two years of experience in property maintenance, inspections, remodel coordination, and project budgeting. Since joining Flagstaff Property Management, he has spent the past year continuing to build that experience as a Property Manager, working closely with owners, tenants, and the maintenance team.

Spencer takes a practical, hands-on approach to property management, with a focus on coordinating maintenance, overseeing property turns and remodels, and getting vacant homes rent-ready and back on the market efficiently. He values clear communication, organization, and finding effective solutions for both property owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys staying active through sports, hiking, and camping. Growing up, he played competitive volleyball and basketball and developed an interest in cars and real estate. He plans to continue his education in business while building his career in property management and real estate.
