Browse current listings and apply directly online. New properties are added regularly as they become available.

View the property in person, submit your application with proof of income and photo ID, and our team will review your qualifications.

Submit service and repair requests through AppFolio. Our in-house maintenance team handles repairs quickly and efficiently.

Make payments securely through the AppFolio tenant portal. Set up autopay or make one-time payments at any time.

Pets are accepted on a per property basis set by the owner of the property.

Access utility provider information, local resources, and important documents related to your tenancy.

Property Viewing Required – In person or via representative. No sight-unseen rentals.
Application Submission – Submit with proof of income and valid photo ID.
Approval Process – Reviewed based on qualifications. Rents and availability subject to change.
First Come, First Served – Processed in order received, if property has been viewed.

Maximum of 2 pets (subject to owner approval)
Required: County dog license, vaccination records, ESA letter if applicable
Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chows, and Akitas (purebred or mixed)

Qualifications may vary based on property owner requirements.
Applications are not necessarily accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Per Arizona law (ARS), the property owner may limit the number of occupants regardless of age.

Tenants can use AppFolio for paying rent and for service and repair requests.
